After recently reading the news on the several online web sites, such as CNN, USAToday,
MSNBC, and others, I decided that there should be, not that there aren't many
already, a website blog that offers independent commentary to counter the slant that
left-wing liberal news organizations put out. Interestingly, one of the most onerous
acts committed by modern day news outlets, including some radio and television stations,
is the act of omission. The fact that news organizations and their reporters purposely
and intentionally leave out facts or details, which are important in what might be
referred to as reporting the complete truth, is the reason this blog has come to life.
It should be understood that at times individuals commit errors of omission. However,
many times it is an act of omission that is committed in order to spin a news story in
such a way as to mislead the reader, favor a certain viewpoint, or cause certain
distortion or misinterpretation, of the story. To level the field, we will express our
own viewpoint and have our own spin.
All viewpoints contained in this website and in our blog are the viewpoints of the
individual commentators. We express our ardent belief in the first amendment to our
United States constitution. We acknowledge the right of individual citizens or groups
in America to express their beliefs. In fact, we encourage all citizens to, whenever
possible, take advantage of all means to express their opinion in an effort to invoke
debate that may encourage a means to a better future for ourselves and our posterity.
